Playpark Season Pass Rules and Regulations

1. All Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. All Members must have photo taken as part of our membership system and identification process.
3. Memberships are valid for 1 Year from date of purchase.
4. Memberships entitle the purchaser to unlimited use of the Playpark during open public hours. The Pool and Track areas and pool programs are not included in the Playpark season pass fee.
5. Adventure Peak is designed for children ages 1 - 12.
6. All Members must present their pass at the Park Front Office to receive the required wristband before entering any fee based areas.
7. All Members are subject to the rules and regulations of Edinborough Park.
8. Member acknowledges that Edinborough Park may close down any and all fee based areas as maintenance needs and/or programming needs dictate. Such closures are a routine part of the facility operation and do not warrant a partial refund of the Membership price.
9. Great Hall hours and activities may be limited due to Park programming and Special Events.
10. Residents are those who LIVE within the borders of the City of Edina.
11. Misuse of this pass may result in the forfeiture of the Membership rights and all monies paid.
12. Edinborough Park reserves the right to change the Park hours or specific schedules within the Park. Park hours changes do not warrant a partial refund of the Membership price.
13. Edinborough Park reserves the right to charge fees for special events, birthday parties or other programs in the Playpark. These fees are not included in your Playpark Membership.
14. Adventure Peak is a shoeless environment. Socks must be worn on play equipment.
15. No food, beverages or toys are allowed in play structure or on play surface.
16. Children over 12 months are required to purchase a daily admission or be included in a Playpark Membership.
